Day 1 (Arrive Kathmandu)
- Upon arrival in Kathmandu Airport our representative will meet you & assist to transfer the Hotel. (You have to reach Kathmandu by 10:00 am as we need your passport for visa purpose)

Day 2 Kathmandu
- Early Moring After breakfast, prepare for sightseeing

- Afternoon Visit Pashupatinath, & Budhanilkantha

Day 3 Kathmandu drive to Kodari border
After breakfast bring your luggage down in the lobby of the hotel for the trip. Keep your extra luggage in the hotel and you may collect the same upon your return after the trip. After breakfast board the bus and continue drive towards Kodari border. The 135 kms drive from Kathmandu to Kodari is through rough unpaved roads mainly. The drive may take about 5-6 hours and can be tiring due to the traffic and road conditions. Near the border one may also visit Tatopani hot water spring. On reaching Kodari take your meal in a local dhaba restaurant and rest in the guesthouse. We continue drive towards the border of Nepal & China from where you will be starting your journey to Nyalam. On reaching the border, firstly complete all the custom and immigration formalities and once done, you will have to cross the Friendship Bridge by a 15- minutes’ walk. On arriving at the China side you will be meeting the Chinese guide and from there he will be further assisting your transfer to Nyalam. Check-in at your pre-booked Hotel/ Guesthouse there and then stay overnight there.

Day 4 Nylam to Saga by drive
Have some tasty breakfast and then start your drive towards Saga or New Dongba while crossing the highly beautiful Brahmaputra River (Yarlung Tsangpo). Stay overnight at a Hotel in Saga.

Day 5 Saga

Day 6 Drive Saga > Mansarovar
Today morning, start your day with a luscious breakfast and then drive for 7-8 hours towards Manasarovar. Apart from this, you are also going to have the first view of Mount Kailash. Reach Manasarovar and stay overnight at a dormitory styled lodge near Lake Manasarovar. Need to book your horses for Kailash parikrama in advance.

Day 7 Drive to Mansarovar from Darchen
Wake up early morning and take a holy bath at the holy Lake Manasarovar and also, we shall arrange a puja on the banks of Lake Manasarovar (direct payment basis). Once done, have some breakfast and then start your drive towards Darchen. On reaching there, stay overnight at your lodge/guesthouse in Darchen.

Day 8 Drive nearby Yam Dwar. 1st Day of Parikrama to Diraphuk
Once done with some tasty breakfast, drive towards Yam Dwar and then start your trek towards Dirapuk. Those going to Kailash parikrama will carry on Hand bag (Backpack) 5 kg only. Those who are not going for parikrama will return from Yamdwar and stay at Darchen. Reach there and stay overnight at your lodge/guesthouse at Dirapuk.

Day 9 2nd Day of Parikrama to Zuthulphuk
Wake up early morning and then see the Golden view of Mount Kailash. After that, have some breakfast and then continue with your Kora/circumambulation towards reaching Zuthulphuk. Arrive there and then stay overnight at your dormitory styled lodge/guesthouse at Zuthulphuk.

Day 10 3rd Day of Parikrama. Drive to Saga
Start your day with the last trek towards Darchen. Reach Darchen, have some lunch and from there continue your drive towards Saga. Stay in a pre-booked hotel/lodge/guesthouse at Saga.

Day 11 Drive Saga to Nyalam
Have some luscious breakfast and then start your drive towards Nyalam (215 km, 5 to 6 hrs drive).

Day 12 Drive Nyalam - Kathmandu
After breakfast, start your drive from Nyalam in order to reach the Friendship Bridge. On reaching there, complete some custom and immigration formalities, and then further continue your drive towards Kathmandu. Arrive at Kathmandu and then stay overnight at a pre-booked accommodation there.

Day 13 Kathmandu

Day 14 Depart Kathmandu

PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Tickets to Kathmandu and return.
- Nepal Visa will received upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport paying USD 25 – USD 40 approximate
- Visa fees for USA citizens and other coutries who do not fall under free visa arrangement with China.
- All personal expenses like telephone calls, tips, shopping, laundry, cold/hard drinks etc.
- Personal use of pony/porter during Parikarma [Kora].
- Single room supplement in Kathmandu.
- Any extra services such as extra vehicle / hotel nights / sightseeing tours than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Evacuation cost.
- Travel Insurance.
- Extra cost such as extra night stay than mentioned in the itinerary, ill health, cancellation, changes in itinerary that are incurred due to unforeseen reasons such as road blockage due to landslide, heavy snowfall, strikes, flight cancellation etc.
- Visa splitting charge and extra transportation cost, if returning early from Tibet.
- Service which are not mentioned above in inclusion part.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
- Initial booking amount of USD 500 PER PERSON [nonrefundable] to be deposited at the time of booking.
- 50% of payment should make 45 Days prior to the departure of trip to Tibet.
- All payment should be cleared before 15 Days of commencement of Trip.
- If FEC Change any Rules and Regulation, the same will be applied with information.
- If payment is done thru Indian bank transfer then 05% GST and 20% TCS tax is applicable and PAN card is also compulsory in such cases.
- In cases of refund if refund is sought to you country then bank charges has to be borne by you.
Policy of Cancellation of Trip:
- If any Pilgrim Leaves the group for Non Disease reasons , client must pay 150.00 USD Per Pilgrim / Per Day
- Once the Permit is applied if there is any cancelation FEC will charge USD 350.00 Per Person as per the Permit Cancellation Fees.
- Once the group Permit is applied for minimum 21 Pax there will be no any additional application accepted.
- A charge of 10% will be applied for any cancellation made prior to 45 days of departure date.
- A charge of 25% will be applied for any cancellation made prior to 40 days of departure date.
- A charge of 50% will be applied for any cancellation made prior to 30 days of departure date.
- No refund for any cancellation made thereafter.
- Verbal cancellation will not be entertained.
Note: If there are any changes from FEC (Tibet Part) in rates for 2025, cost will be revised accordingly, additional cost will need to pay by clients.
Risk & Liability:
Traveldost will do it best to make the tour with safe and smooth. As all the tour programs are conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of Tibet Tourism Bureau (TTB), Traveldost will not be accountable for any changes due to change of official rules and laws of Tibet. Moreover Traveldost. will also not be liable for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as landslide, road blockage, earthquake, flood, snow, political unrest, and cancellation of flight due to the changes in weather, sickness and accidents. Any extra cost arising due to the above circumstances shall be borne by the clients on the spot.
