Terms & Conditions

        • Application should be submitted at least 30 days before the provisional date of departure.
        • Traveldost will confirm your booking within 15 days of your application.
        • Please submit your fitness certificate duly attested by your Doctor.
        • The itinerary can change without notice due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control such as political unrest, natural calamities, changes in itinerary by the Chinese authorities etc.
        • Upon confirmation 100% deposit is required before 1 month of the commencement of the tour along with passport.
        • Rs. 35,000/- (Thirty Five Thousand) non-refundable will be payable at the time of booking. For Lhasa tour air ticket charges payable.
        • Subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.

Risk

        Trip to Mt. Kailash / Mansarovar is for the cause of Pilgrimage. This is an adventure travel into a remote Himalayan destination with alpine weather & geographical conditions; unpredictable weather in Himalayas sometimes requires change in the program / tour routing. Tourism infrastructure in Tibet area is under developed, road conditions / lodges etc. during journey are very basic, so kindly be prepared for rough long time for the journey of a lifetime to Holy Kailash / Mansarovar for spiritual enlightenment. Envisaging the hardships of Holy Yatra it is highly recommended to undertake medical insurance policy to cover the risk of any unforeseen medical expenses.

Declaration

        I hereby declare that I have gone through & understood the complete contents mentioned above. I have read and understood your booklet terms & condition mentioned on website www.kailash-manas.com. I understand that Holy Mt. Kailash / Mansarovar Yatra is a trekking expedition involving high altitude, poor infrastructure & inhospitable condition which may involve physical / mental or financial risk to Yatris & their belongings. I am undertaking the Yatra at my cost & risk & Traveldost or its associate or principal suppliers or subagents would not be responsible for any consequences during the total program period.

Liability

        Every care would be taken to extend the best possible services to make the pilgrim’s stay & travel as comfortable as possible but considering the nature of Yatra it is requested not to expect the impeccable services as some unforeseen uncontrollable factors like Political, Natural & Medical etc. can change the course of Yatra. No claim would be entertained for any unutilized services due to any unforeseen circumstances, so TRAVELDOST and its principal supplier or subagent would not be responsible for any liability. TRAVELDOST will not entertain refund any money for services not utilized, cancellation of air tickets due to last minute change in date or itinerary by client or by Chinese authority. We just book air tickets on your behalf (if any). Any kind of delay in flight and cancellation charges to be borne by customer only.

Cancellation Policy

        All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in writing; verbal cancellation will not be accepted. There is no refund for services not used. In case of any cancellation the booking amount will be completely forfeited. In addition, the following cancellation rules will be applicable on the balance amount payable.
        • 30 days period refund is given after deducting booking amount Rs. 35,000/-
        • 29 – 15 days 50% of main package amount is deducted.
        • 14 – 07 days 75% of package amount is deducted.
        • 06 days or no show from departure no refund is given.
