Day 1 (Arrive Kathmandu)
- Upon arrival in Kathmandu Airport our representative will meet you & assist to transfer the Hotel. (You have to reach Kathmandu by 10:00 am as we need your passport for visa purpose)

Day 6 Kathmandu – Syaphrubeshi by drive
- After Breakfast continue the trip to Syaprubeshi, a small town near Rashuwa Gadhi, the Border of Nepal and China.

Day 7 Drive Syaprubeshi – Kyerong
- After breakfast we drive to China border (Friendship bridge).
- After completion of custom formalities drive to Kyerong Lunch at Hotel

Day 8 Drive Keyrong - Saga
- After breakfast Drive to Saga

Day 9 AT SAGA
- Rest Day at Saga for acclimatization
- Dinner & Overnight at Hotel

Day 10 Drive Saga - Mansarovar
- Today you travel to Mansarovar via Prayang and Mayum La Pass (5200 m) and arrive at Hor Quo (4560 m).
- Lunch on the way.
- From Hor Quo you go for parikarma of Mansarovar Lake by drive and arrive at Chu Gompa for night halt.
- Today is the day of lifetime as you will have the first sight of Holy Mt. Kailash and Holy Lake Mansarovar.

Day 11 Drive to Mansarovar from Darchen
- Morning day trip to Holy Lake Mansarovar enroute view Rakshas Tal. Today is the Day of lifetime, as we will have the first sight (Darshan) of Holy Mt.Kailash and Holy Lake Mansarovar.
- Head towards Darchen, base camp of Mount Kailash.
- Lunch at Darchen Hotel

Day 12 Drive nearby Yam Dwar. 1st Day of Parikrama to Diraphuk
- Morning drive near to Yama Dwar via Darchen. Here you will meet our yaks and yak men. We will load all logistics on yaks and start Parikrama. Visit Yama Dwar on the way. The First day of Kora is a gradual walking of 5 hours. From the way you have Darshan of West face of Kailash. Today your night halt at Dirapuk. From Dirapuk view of North face of Kailash in a distance.

Day 13 2nd Day of Parikrama to Zuthulphuk
- Early morning trek uphill Dolmala Pass. It takes about 4 to 5 hours. After reaching top of the pass 5800 m then trek down to the valley floor. It takes another 4 to 5 hours. After cross Dolmala when you move down you see Gauri Kunda. This day is the longest and toughest day of Parikarma. So be prepared in mind.

Day 14 3rd Day of Parikrama. Drive to Saga
- Today is last of Parikarma. After breakfast you trek down of 10 km with the winding gradual track. Once you reach the place called Chongdo, our transport will pick up you and drive back to Saga.

Day 15 Drive Saga to Keroung

PRICE EXCLUDES:
- Tickets to Kathmandu and return.
- Nepal Visa will received upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport paying USD 25-USD40.00 approximate
- All personal expenses like telephone calls, tips, shopping, laundry, cold/hard drinks etc.
- Personal use of pony/porter during Parikarma [Kora].
- Single room supplement in Kathmandu.
- Any extra services such as extra vehicle / hotel nights / sightseeing tours than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Evacuation cost.
- Travel Insurance.
- Extra cost such as extra night stay than mentioned in the itinerary, ill health, cancellation, changes in itinerary that are incurred due to unforeseen reasons such as road blockage due to landslide, heavy snowfall, strikes, flight cancellation etc.
- Visa splitting charge and extra transportation cost, if returning early from Tibet.
- Service which are not mentioned above in inclusion part.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
- Initial booking amount of USD 500 PER PERSON [nonrefundable] to be deposited at the time of booking.
- 50% of payment should make 45 Days prior to the departure of trip to Tibet.
- All payment should be cleared before 15 Days of commencement of Trip.
- If FEC Change any Rules and Regulation, the same will be applied with information.
- If payment is done thru Indian bank transfer then 05% GST and 20% TCS tax is applicable and PAN card is also compulsory in such cases.
- In cases of refund if refund is sought to you country then bank charges has to be borne by you.
Policy of Cancellation of Trip:
- If any Pilgrim Leaves the group for Non Disease reasons , client must pay 100.00 USD Per Pilgrim / Per Day
- Once the Permit is applied if there is any cancelation FEC will charge USD 300.00 Per Person as per the Permit Cancellation Fees.
- Once the group Permit is applied for minimum 21Pax there will be no any additional application accepted.
- A charge of 10% will be applied for any cancellation made prior to 25 days of departure date.
- A charge of 25% will be applied for any cancellation made prior to 20 days of departure date.
- A charge of 50% will be applied for any cancellation made prior to 10 days of departure date.
- No refund for any cancellation made thereafter.
- Verbal cancellation will not be entertained.
Note: If there are any changes from FEC (Tibet Part) in rates for 2024, cost will be revised accordingly, additional cost will need to pay by clients.

As all the tour programs are conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of Tibet Tourism Bureau (TTB), Nilkanthvarni tours & travels. will not be accountable for any changes due to change of official rules and laws of Tibet. Moreover Nilkanthvarni tours & travels. will also not be liable for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as landslide, road blockage, earthquake, flood, snow, political unrest, and cancellation of flight due to the changes in weather, sickness and accidents. Any extra cost arising due to the above circumstances shall be borne by the clients on the spot.
