Tour Briefing & Luggage:
- A comprehensive tour briefing will be conducted by our team at your hotel in the evening.
- Each participant will be provided with a duffel bag to pack essential items, with a weight limit of 5kg. Larger luggage can be stored in the hotel cloakrooms, as carrying big bags or suitcases on the helicopter is not permitted.
Useful Tips:
- Packing: Travel light, as you’ll be flying by helicopter. Essential items include warm clothing, comfortable footwear, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a water bottle.
- Altitude Sickness: Be aware of potential altitude sickness, especially at high-altitude locations like Yamunotri. It’s advisable to consult your doctor and carry any necessary medications.
- Respect for Nature: Follow local customs and regulations. Please avoid littering and show respect for the sanctity of the pilgrimage sites.
- Photography: Feel free to capture beautiful moments, but kindly observe local guidelines and any restrictions regarding photography.

Meet and Greet For Chardham Yatra Charter Services:
Dehradun is our main base for the Heli-tours. It is the starting & ending point for Chardham Yatra.
Our representatives will pick up from the Dehradun airport. After relaxing and refreshment in the Hotel. In the evening the welcome dinner and detailed briefing of Chardham Yatra. Overnight stay at the Hotel in Dehradun.

Day 1 :: Dehradun Arrival
Arrival Dehradun Pick and Transfer to Hotel ,Relaxation and Refreshment at the Hotel. Breifing for Tour Commencement . Dinner and Over night stay .
Day 02: Visit To Yamunotri Dham:
The blessed Chardham Yatra will begin in the morning from the Dehradun Sahatradhara Helipad by flying to Kharsali Helipad (for Yamunotri Temple). Travel from Kharsali helipad to temple is a 6 kilometers stretch which will be covered by Pony/ Palki or Trek. The trek is difficult and takes approximately 06 hours to complete the darshan and return back. After darshan we come back to Kharsali for sightseeing and an Overnight stay.

- Kharsali Helipad to Yamunotri temple is 6 km trek (each side) by riding on a pony or by palki.
Day 03: Visit To Gangotri Dham:
After breakfast, the Group shall be flying from Kharsali Helipad to Harsil Helipad. From Harsil, we drive to The Gangotri ji temple. The distance is around 22 Kilometers. We have taken care to arrange a VIP darshan for all our clients. Pandit ji is also available for special Poojan. Harsil is a beautiful valley with dense forest and green mountains. On the way, there are many splendid spots where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature and click photos to make your journey memorable. You will be blessed by the evening Aarti darshan at Gangotri Temple. Dinner and Overnight stay at Dharali / Harsil.

Day 04: Visit To Kedarnath Ji:
Early morning, we drive to Harsil Helipad. On arrival, we fly to Sersi Helipad. Then we again fly/continue to Kedarnath from our own same Helipad. The Temple is approx. 500 meters away from helipad and will take approx. 15 min to reach. Our representative will accompany the group and lead us for the VIP darshan in Kedarnath temple. After darshan and Poojan, the group will fly back to Sersi helipad. We will have lunch and Passengers can visit Kalimath/ Vishwanath Mandir & Overnight stay at Guptkashi located at the banks of the river Mandakini.

Day 05 : Visit To Badrinath Ji:
The group is headed towards the Sersi Helipad. From the Helipad we proceed to Badrinath ji shrine. On arrival at Badrinath Helipad, The group will be Check-In to the hotel. After Lunch, we will be going to Mana village, the last border village of India with China for sightseeing. In the evening, the Passengers will attend Swarna Aarti at Badrinath Temple followed by dinner and overnight stay at Badrinath.

Day 06 : Departure :
After the breakfast, while we are heading back to Dehradun, remember to see the beautiful overview of the Region, especially the picturesque view of the confluences, which is an eye-candy for nature lovers. We will fly between the beautiful valleys of thick forest and over five confluences like Vishnu Prayag, Nanda Prayag, Karna Prayag, Rudra Prayag and Dev Prayag. We will come back and drop to helipad.

Terms and Conditions:
- Each person is allowed to carry only one single bag with maximum 3 to 5 Kg weight in the Helicopter.
- Aviation travel bags will be provided. Therefore, we discourage bringing too much luggage. In case, if you have any extra luggage you can keep it at the Hotel cloak room.
- Children above the age of 2 year will be considered full

Important Guidelines For Passengers:

● COVID TRAVEL GUIDELINES
COVID protocols must be adhered by the passengers as per the effective mandate of the government. Without adhering to the government guidelines, boarding shall be denied to the passengers without refund.
● SEATING CAPACITY
The seating capacity of our helicopter is 06 passengers.
● HELICOPTER WEIGHT LIMITATION
Maximum weight capacity of the helicopter is 450 kg (excluding baggage weight). Passengers are taken on board depending on the load and temperature conditions, and the pilot’s call will be final. Hence, passengers are required to provide us with their exact body weights at the time of booking.
● OVERWEIGHT CHARGES
Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 2500/ kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg. But excess weight will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible (450 Kg) weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight = 75 Kg x (No. of pax).
Discrepancy & Exceedance of Weight:
Passengers must submit their accurate weights at the time of booking. Submitting incorrect weights may lead to passengers being debarred from boarding without any refund
● ARRIVAL DATE: Your arrival date should be one day prior to the flying date.
● RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING
Rescheduling your booking to any future or prior travel date, will be done subject to availability, and on payment of 15% of the total tour cost. This will be permitted only if informed at least 30 days before the arrival date. In case rescheduling is requested less than 30 days prior to the travel date, then the booking would be treated as cancelled, & and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability, after the levy of applicable cancellation charges.
● PAYMENT TERMS:
- We accept payments via bank transfers, cheques, and UPI
- The booking is to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the total amount
- Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour unless full and final payment for the tour has been completed.
● CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
If passengers cancel their booking, following cancellation charges will be applicable –
- More than 31 Days prior to travel date 25,000 Per Person will be deducted
- 30 to 20 days prior to travel date: 25% of total tour cost will be deducted
- 19 to 15 days prior to travel date 50% of total tour cost will be deducted
- 14 – 08 days prior to travel date: 75% of total tour cost will be deducted
- 07 Days or less prior to travel date: No Refund
- No show: No Refund.
- After commencement of the tour: No Refund.
- Additional Services: Any additional services and goods other than our inclusions (extras food, beverages, or other services), if required, will be at your own expense
Force majeure & bad weather refund policy
In case of tour departure does not take place from Dehradun on Day One due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons a refund will be given after deducting charges for the utilized services (Transportation, Hotel, Food & Accommodation, and flight preparation charge of INR 5000 Per Person +GST)
Uncovered Dham Refunds: In the event of missing any Dham due to bad weather or unforeseen reasons a refund of INR 20,000 per person / per Dham will be provided.
WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER
Flying in hills is subject to weather condition, and many Force Majeure factors like delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley
flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in aircraft, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the passengers at the helipads, among others. Therefore, passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios.
BAD WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE POLICIES:
Whether bad weather, technical snags, or any force majeure reason beyond Our control results in the cancellation of the flight or delay, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refunds will be given to clients as per our refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals, or any other extra travel expenses done by the passengers shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- In case the tour departure does not take place from Dehradun on Day One due to above reasons, the tour will be considered as cancelled and refunded as per our refund policies. However, in case the passengers would like to consider taking the tour on the next available date, a fresh booking can be made. Our team will propose the available options to the passengers. The balance/unutilized amount against previous booking can be adjusted against the fresh booking. And any extra costs that would be accruing, will have to be borne by the passengers.
- In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package days, but without any extension of days.
- Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
- In case for 05 straight days flying does not take place, refund as per our policies will be made to the passengers.
- In case of passengers get stuck at Kedarnath top due to bad weather or Force Majeure, the accommodation charges at Kedarnath will be borne by the guest directly.
- Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis if they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons over and above the 5N/6D period.
- Any increase in government levies or taxes, after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be done before the commencement of tour.
Indemnity Clause
- The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the tour operator, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or in connection with any unfortunate events, accidents, or injuries that may occur during the journey or helicopter ride.
- In the event of such incidents, the NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit) holders shall be solely liable for any claims or compensation. The customer acknowledges that the tour operator will not be held responsible for any incidents occurring during the journey or helicopter ride, and the responsibility rests entirely with the NSOP holders and operators.
- By booking this tour, the customer agrees to assume all risks associated with the tour and releases the tour operator from any liability arising from unforeseen circumstances during the trip.
● DISPUTES
Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ramnagar Jurisdiction
